Camille has a knack for connecting with people, so building relationships with clients, partners and colleagues comes naturally to her. She likes to dig a little deeper and get to know people’s stories, projects and ambitions to get a better sense of what they need. When it comes to communications, she a genuine jack-of-all-trades, and her own life path has been far from ordinary.
Her love of the outdoors first led her to western Canada and New Zealand, where she worked in the tourism industry for four years. Then, at the start of public relations career, she honed her skills in corporate communications, events and media relations in both private and public sector organizations and managed social media for two very small catering companies.
Her interest in business development and partnerships led her to the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal. She joined the team in 2018, where was responsible for business partnerships as well as organizing some 20 events annually. There, she acquired excellent knowledge of the Montréal business world and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Thanks to her professional portfolio, she always has fresh eyes on new challenges, while her strategic vision gives her global insight into the organizations she works with. Camille is known her professionalism, unifying sense of leadership and interpersonal skills. If there is action, expect to find her at the heart of it!
Camille has sat on the board of directors of the Fédération québécoise de la montagne et de l'escalade since 2020 and was elected its president in 2021. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
