Véronique, Exponentiel Conseil’s president and founder, has a
360-degree vision of all her missions. She likes to understand the ecosystem in which an organization operates, know the reason for their existence, and the management team’s objectives, so she can propose the best possible initiatives.
Véronique has amassed almost fifteen years’ experience in management and communications in a wide range of settings, often undergoing growth. After graduating from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM) in public relations, her career path led to many different communications spheres where she served as a consultant to entrepreneurs and senior corporate managers, to motivate employees, manage changes, develop markets, extend their expertise, or take a public stance on various issues.
After a few years in consulting, she then worked in succession in the associations sector, government and the telecommunications industry. Recognized for her leadership, sensitivity and listening skills, Véronique founded Exponentiel Conseil in 2015 with the desire to help her clients capitalize fully on their communications and public relations.
Véronique has been involved in the community as a member of the board of directors of the Contemporary Art Galleries Association (AGAC) since 2015. She also serves as co-chair of the Breakfast Club of Canada’s young business leaders committee in Quebec, whose mission is to extend the Club’s reach to a new generation and contribute to fundraising.
